"Jack of all trades master of none, though oftentimes better than master of one."

I am Raxit Faldu, a Brand Designer and Filmmaker with over a decade of experience.

I have been helping people and serving companies through my knowledge of visual communication. My strength lies in hopping across multiple design disciplines, as I firmly believe that all forms of art and design are interconnected.

I’ve been a vital part of various design teams, guiding cross-functional creative teams in the conception, design, and execution of visual materials. I’ve had the privilege of overseeing the work of illustrators, graphic/visual designers, photographers, and other creatives engaged in bringing projects to life.

Collaboration has always been my focus over competition. I’m deeply passionate about educating and supporting upcoming talents, which has driven me to found and develop unique platforms to achieve this vision.

In 2008, I launched Jalsa Art to address the gap in today’s education system by exploring art as a tool for self-expression and value integration. Since then, the company has developed numerous programs where art becomes a bridge to foster creativity and learning.

In 2014, I founded Faldu Studio, a multidisciplinary creative hub. At the studio, I’ve worked on branding projects for startups, created visual identities for companies and products through logo design and packaging, and developed marketing and advertising materials such as websites, ad films, and posters. Beyond branding, we’ve designed workshops, exhibits, and workplaces, and ventured into animation, fiction films, and commissioned documentaries for esteemed organizations and ministries.

I’m also proud to be credited as an art director and production designer for feature films, short films, and web series in both Hindi and Gujarati.

Building on my experience in the Gujarati film industry, I co-founded a production house, Kalpana Production LLP, in 2022 with my friends. Our focus is on creating and releasing feature films and series that resonate with audiences.

My journey in art began at an early age, pursuing fine arts and later earning a Master’s degree in Art, Design, and Communication from CEPT University. I specialized in Applied Arts and explored design thinking through various projects, including creating a non-narrative film. My thesis research focused on the evolution of letterforms, where I mapped and exhibited the development of the Brahmi script. These academic experiences have deeply shaped my understanding and application of art and design.

Through every step of this journey, I’ve sought to blend creativity, knowledge, and collaboration to make a meaningful impact in the fields of art, design, and communication.
